Tenanture ("Tenanture", "we", "us") provides AI-powered leasing automation for property managers. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Tenanture app at app.tenanture.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and (if you sign in with Google) your Google account email and profile photo.
- Property and lead data you provide — properties, units, qualification rules, and any text you enter in the app.
- Email content from your Tenanture inbox — Tenanture reads the messages that arrive at your Tenanture address (
[email protected]), so it can spot lead conversations, draft replies, and surface insights in the app. We do not connect to, read from, or send from your own mailbox, and we do not access Gmail or any other third-party mailbox on your behalf. - Usage data — pages visited, actions taken, timestamps, and basic device information. We use this for product analytics and to debug issues. We use PostHog for product analytics; PostHog stores this data on our behalf.
How we use your information
- To operate Tenanture and provide the features you signed up for.
- To generate AI reply drafts and lead-qualification verdicts using the email content from your Tenanture inbox. We send relevant excerpts to third-party AI provider Anthropic under its zero-data-retention agreement where available.
- To send you transactional email (confirmations, alerts, billing).
- To improve Tenanture — debug issues, prioritize features, measure performance.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Google user data
Google Sign-In. When you sign in with Google, Tenanture receives your name, email address, and profile picture through the openid, email, and profile OAuth scopes. We use this information only to create and authenticate your Tenanture account. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or any other Google service. The data we receive is stored against your account and is deleted when your Tenanture account is deleted.
How we share information
We share data only with the service providers needed to run Tenanture:
- Google — OAuth identity for signing you in to Tenanture. We do not request access to Gmail or any other Google service.
- Anthropic — the LLM provider that generates AI reply drafts and lead-qualification verdicts. No training on your data; zero-retention where available.
- PostHog — product analytics, hosted in the US.
- Amazon Web Services (SES) and Mailjet — transactional email delivery.
- Hetzner — server hosting (EU).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
Data retention
We retain account, property, and lead data for as long as your account is active. Email content from your Tenanture inbox is retained for as long as your account is active, so the conversation history remains visible in the app. If you delete your account, we delete the associated data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting reasons.
Security
We host on Hetzner in the EU. OAuth tokens are stored in our database; access is restricted to the Tenanture application processes. We use TLS for all traffic. No system is perfectly secure; if we discover a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date above.
